We are Marta and Andrea, founders of the company that opened its doors in 2020 on the hills near the charming medieval village of Suvereto, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Our passion is the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil and honey. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to stay in our cozy apartments immersed in nature, surrounded by our friendly animals. This delightful apartment boasts a double bedroom with air conditioning, a single bedroom (with the possibility of adding an additional single bed), a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, and a private outdoor space. Additionally, our guests will have exclusive access to the pool. This accommodation is perfect for a family of 3-4 people eager to experience an unforgettable vacation in the relaxing Tuscan countryside.

from Tuscan Native Olive Trees
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a selection of Tuscan native olive varieties, including Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccio, and Pendolino. Cultivation is carried out without the use of chemicals or pesticides, thus preserving the unique organoleptic characteristics of these typical olives of the region. Thanks to cold pressing at controlled temperature, the beneficial properties of the oil remain intact, making it a food rich in multiple virtues. The result is a product with an unmistakable aroma and color ranging from golden yellow to green. Its intense and fruity flavor, slightly spicy, is perfect for enhancing the taste of your dishes.

Honey
Honey, fluid and dense, is the result of the meticulous work of bees, which transform flower nectar with great dedication. This precious food can vary in consistency, which can be more or less solid and transparent, as well as in color, ranging from yellowish to orange to reddish. Its sweet or aromatic flavor depends on the variety of flowers from which the nectar comes. We practice stationary beekeeping, which means that our honey takes on a great variety of colors, flavors, and densities, depending on the seasons and the surrounding flora during the various production phases. We take great care of our bees, and in return, they give us an exceptional product.
